If you have an existing order you can check the status here.
If the status is set to processing we are yet to process it. Once processed you will receive an email with your tracking number. We are aiming to have all orders processed within 5 business days, but during sale periods this could be extended. You can find our full shipping terms and conditions here.
Once we have processed your order the status will be updated to completed. This means that your order is ready to be picked up by Australia Post. You will receive an email with the tracking ID of your order, and can also find this in your online Lumibear account. With this tracking ID, you will be able to track your order via the Australia Post website here.
