Dispatch/Processing Times

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 1-5 business days. During sale periods this could be extended to 5-10 business days after the sale has ended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Our standard shipping method is regular Australia Post parcel post. Deliveries cannot be made on public holidays. In some cases, we might choose to send your parcel via a different courier.

For a location-based delivery estimate, we recommend using this tool. Lumibear’s postcode is 2099.

Delivery Costs

The cost of delivery is clearly marked in our order system before payment. In most cases, our standard fee of AU$10 will apply. For bulky items, we are charging a flat rate of $30.

Because of the large size of the Maileg Dollhouse, there is a $50 delivery fee for this particular item. If you are locally based (NSW 2099) we can arrange pick up for this item.

Delivery Areas

We only accept orders via our website from Australian customers. If you’re overseas and want to purchase our products, please contact us to make arrangements.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available to customers that are located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, however please note that we don’t have a shopfront so drop-in is not available. Once we have processed your order, please follow the instructions to book a time for your pickup. Normal processing times apply for local pickup orders.

Lumibear’s postcode is 2099 (Dee Why, NSW) and we will share the exact pickup address before confirming your booking.


If an item is available via backorder it means that we currently don’t have it in stock. As soon as you place the order, we will contact our supplier to have this delivered to us. Please note that this process could slow down the time we need to dispatch your order.

Lost or damaged goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team at If you have not received your order within 6 working days of dispatch, please contact us so that we can assist you.
