Liewood was founded in 2015 by Anne Marie Lie Norvig in Copenhagen. Driven by her passion for design, aesthetics, and the belief that beauty lies in the details. As a mother of growing children, Anne Marie understands the needs and demands of family life. This is reflected in the heart and soul of Liewood.

Liewood is designed to be timeless and functional, with true quality materials that make it durable enough to be passed down from child to child. Lumibear decided to import Liewood into Australia as it fits perfectly into what we are trying to achieve: delivering Scandinavian-style toys to Australian families.

They use responsible materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester, recycled nylon, recycled plastic, and certified wood in our production, as well as mono-materials for a large part of the textile production, which are often easier to recycle than mixed materials. Liewood’s goal is to bring aesthetic and innovative design into the homes of families while providing inspiration for a brighter future for our children.
